Things people ask first.
Is this therapy or coaching?+
Both, depending on the track you choose. CBT sessions are clinical work. Longevity coaching is behaviour design. The integrated programme weaves the two — with clear ethical boundaries and supervision throughout.
Are sessions online or in person?+
Sessions are online by default, which keeps the work consistent and accessible. Limited in-person intensives are available on request.
How long until I see results?+
Honest answer: meaningful change is usually visible by week 4 and durable by month 3. Anyone promising faster is selling something, not coaching it.
Do you take on everyone?+
No. After the intro call I'll be honest about whether I'm the right fit, and refer on if I'm not. The work only lands when the match is right.
What does it cost?+
Pricing depends on the track and engagement length. I share a transparent rate sheet on the intro call so you can decide with full information.
