Why I coach.

I came to coaching the long way around. A decade in a career that asked me to optimise everything except the one person living it. Burnout. Therapy. A slow rebuild.
I trained in cognitive behavioural therapy first — because the patterns in my head were louder than anything happening in my body. Then I went deep on the longevity literature, and realised the two disciplines were saying the same thing in different dialects: what you repeat, you become.
Now I work one-to-one with people who are tired of advice that doesn't land, plans that don't survive a hard week, and a wellness industry that sells complication. I help them build something simpler. Quieter. Theirs.

What I'll always do.
01
Evidence over trends.
If a protocol can't show up in a meta-analysis or your own data, it doesn't belong in your week.
02
Habits over heroics.
Anyone can do the perfect week once. We design the imperfect one you can repeat for a decade.
03
Slow over loud.
Real change is undramatic. We measure in seasons, not Mondays.
04
Yours over mine.
I won't hand you my morning routine. We'll find the version that fits the life you actually live.
